General
- Client is responsible for being clear with what they want the artist to draw. References are not required, but heavily recommend. If the client does not have references prepared, a detailed description is required.
2. The artist is not willing to draw the following:
- NSFW
- Fetish Art
- Hate Art
- Extreme violence or gore
- Anything else the artist deems inappropriate
Should the client try to persuade the artist into drawing something they are not comfortable doing, the client loses their rights to commission the artist permanently.
3. The client will remain kind and respectful. Should there be any hostility to the artist, then the artist has the right to cancel the client’s order.
Process
- Progress images will be sent to client for approval. The client shall be granted 3 minor revisions. More revisions will require an additional fee.
2. Once the final sketch has been approved, a refund may not be requested.
3. After the piece has been finished and paid in full, a full resolution version will be sent to the client via email.
Payment
- An invoice will be sent to the client via a Square invoice once the artist accepts the client’s commission.
2. A 50% down payment is required before the artist starts work.
3. Payment plans can be arranged. However, the piece must be paid in full before the finished product will be sent to the client.
Other
- If the artist loses contact with the client or the client does not pay the commission in full, the artist has the right to alter the work and auction it off.
2. Under no circumstances will the client use their commission to train AI.
3. The client may repost their commission so long as they credit the artist.
4. Due to life obligations, the artist may take between 1-3 months to complete a commissions. The artist will keep in contact with the client to give updates on when their commission is expected to be completed. The client may contact the artist if they receive no response after 7 days.
